Clinique EuroDerm is the trade name of 9501-5350 Québec inc., 4310 Ave. Girouard, Montreal, QC H4A 3E4. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, how long we keep it and how you can exercise your rights.

What we collect
- Online booking: first name, last name, email, mobile phone, and the treatment, date and time you choose.
- Online orders: name, email, phone, billing address, and shipping address if you choose delivery. Card payments are processed by Square; we do not see or store your full card number.
- Contact form: name, email, phone and your message.
- Website use: We use tools to measure visits and improve the site. You can block cookies in your browser settings; a cookie-choice banner is coming soon.
Online booking does not ask for health information. Paper intake forms completed at the clinic are kept in a locked metal safe with limited access.
Why we use it
- To confirm and manage your appointments and send you reminders.
- To process and deliver your orders, or prepare them for pickup.
- To answer your messages.
- To send you offers, only if you ticked the marketing box.
Who we share it with
Only with the service providers that help us run the clinic and this website:
- WordPress.com: website hosting, including our online booking system and shop;
- Square: card payments;
- Google Workspace: booking and order emails;
- Google Calendar: our appointment calendar;
- Amelia’s text-message service: appointment reminders by SMS.
Some of these providers store or process information outside Québec, including in the United States. We assessed how your information is protected before using them.
How long we keep it
- Orders and payments: 6 years after the end of the tax year they relate to, as tax law requires.
- Booking history and client file: 6 years after your last visit.
- Contact-form messages: 2 years.
- Consent to marketing emails: until you withdraw it.
When these periods end, we destroy the information.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to receive a copy in a common electronic format, or to withdraw your consent to marketing. Write to the person responsible above.
Complaints
To complain about how we handle your personal information, write to the person responsible above. We will answer you in writing. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page with its date.
