Red light therapy Montreal: how an LED facial session works
- Cleanse. We start with clean skin on the area being treated.
- Eye protection. You wear protective goggles throughout the session.
- LED light. Your skincare expert positions a hands-free LED panel about an inch from the area being treated, face or buttocks, while you relax. The time is set for your skin. Most people feel gentle warmth at most.
- Aftercare advice. We go over how to care for your skin in the day or two ahead.
Red mode or blue mode: what is the difference?
Our LED panel has two modes, and your skincare expert chooses the setting for your skin:
- Red mode: used for the look of fine lines and redness.
- Blue mode: used for oily or congested-looking skin.
LED facial benefits: what to expect
Red light therapy Montreal sessions at EuroDerm are designed to be calm and relaxing, with no planned downtime. Any visible effect is typically subtle and builds with repeat sessions. Research on LED is still developing, so we don’t promise specific results. Temporary pinkness or sensitivity is possible, and we’ll tell you what to expect. Our LED panel is the Elipsa™ by LightStim × HydraFacial. See how LED fits into the HydraFacial® system on the official HydraFacial website.
Is an LED facial right for you?
It’s a good fit if you:
- want a soothing session for your face with no planned downtime
- would like a calm finishing step after a facial
- want LED light on the buttocks as part of your body care.
Every visit is adapted to your skin: tell us what you would like to improve when you book, and your skincare expert will choose the approach that suits you best.
Red light therapy Montreal prices: what does an LED facial cost?

Compare them all on our HydraFacial page.
LED on the face and on the buttocks
We apply LED to the face and to the buttocks. Choose the face for a soothing session on its own or after a facial, and the buttocks as part of your body care, alongside the Back Facial or a HydraFacial body treatment.
How often should you book LED?
We don’t promise a set number of sessions. Your skincare expert will suggest a rhythm that fits your skin and your budget.
Keep your skin looking its best
After your session, wear SPF every day and use gentle skincare. Your skincare expert can suggest gentle home care, such as Cellular Water Mist, Intensive Propolis+ Concentrate Serum, Intensive Vitamine E² Serum and No Sun Mineral SPF50, shown on the LED Light Therapy page.
