Pickup at the clinic
Free. Collect your order at 4310 Ave. Girouard, Montreal, during opening hours. We let you know when your order is ready. If an item is on backorder, it can take up to 5 business days.
Delivery
- Delivery within Canada.
- Standard shipping: $15.
- Free shipping on orders of $300 or more.
- Orders are processed within 5 business days. Delivery time then depends on the carrier.
Returns and exchanges
You can return a product within 30 days of receiving it if it is unopened and in its original packaging, with your receipt or order confirmation. Return shipping is at your cost. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
For health and hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned. Gift cards and sale items cannot be returned.
If a product is defective, you keep your rights under Quebec’s Consumer Protection Act (exchange, refund or price reduction), whether or not it has been opened.

Damaged or wrong items
Tell us within 7 days of delivery: write to info@euroderm.ca with your order number and a photo of the item. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
