What happens during your visit
- Prepare the lips. We start with clean lips, free of lip products.
- Gentle exfoliation. We fit the HydraFacial handpiece with a dedicated Perk tip and serum vial, then gently exfoliate the lips to smooth away flakiness.
- Hydrating serum. The serum is infused as we go, for a smoother, hydrated, lightly plumped look.
- All done in the clinic. Everything is applied during your visit, so there’s nothing to do at home, and we go over how to care for your lips in the days ahead.

Results and how often
Typically, lips look smoother and feel more hydrated after your visit. A lightly plumped look is possible, but it is temporary and not guaranteed. A slight tingle usually fades within three hours, and any temporary redness or tightness typically settles within 72 hours. Results vary from person to person.

Before and after your visit
Before: come without lip products.
After: use a lip balm, drink water and avoid picking at your lips. Avoid direct sun and wear a lip product with at least SPF 40. A slight tingling or stinging usually fades within three hours; any temporary irritation, tightness or redness usually settles within 72 hours. Your skin can look better right after the visit and typically feels smooth and hydrated for one to four weeks. Results vary from person to person.

Is it like lip filler?
No. It’s surface care: exfoliation and hydration. Any fullness is mild and temporary, and the Perk Lip is not a filler.
Does it hurt?
It’s usually comfortable; a slight tingle is possible. If anything bothers you, tell your skincare expert and the treatment will be adjusted.
Is there downtime?
